For a 4 floor with minimal prep work you can figure 2 25 3 00 per square foot. I always recommend using reinforcing in all pole barn floors. I use re rod wire and or fiber depending on the sub grade and what the floor is going to be used for. Any ideas input would be appreciated.

Another option is adding an additional floor system between the ground floor and roof truss to create a two story pole building. I am thinking of building some kind of loft in the back part of the barn to add 2nd floor storage. I have a new pole barn and i want to add a second floor for general storage like boxes of xmas decoration and other light to medium boxes. Or they plan a new post frame building with an idea of a future second floor being incorporated.
